金银花茶
做法:金银花15克,薄荷3克,用滚开水冲泡代茶饮。
功效:清热解暑、消渴解毒。尤宜于老年人及儿童皮炎、痱子、疖子等症;也可作为在暑热季节防暑清凉饮品。
太子参茶
做法:太子参15克,石斛10克切粗末,与五味子5克一起,用开水冲泡代茶饮。
功效:益气生津、养阴止汗。尤宜于热病伤阴所致的口舌干燥、胃脘作痛、干呕纳少及老年气短乏力、头晕心悸等症,也可作为夏季常用清凉饮品。
菊花龙井茶
做法:菊花10克、龙井茶5克,用开水冲泡代茶饮。
功效:疏风散热、清肝明目。尤宜于早期高血压、慢性肝炎、风热头痛、结膜炎等症的辅助治疗。
竹叶茅根茶
做法:淡竹叶10克,茅根30克(切粗末),绿茶叶5克,加沸水冲泡代茶饮。
功效:清热、泻火、利小便,尤宜于热毒痛风、上火烦渴、肾结石及暑热症等症。
灵芝枸杞茶
做法:灵芝5克、枸杞和绿茶各3克,用沸水冲泡饮用。
功效:扶正固本、补脾益肾、消食祛腻,尤宜于年老体虚、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病、肝炎、冠心病、高脂血及肿瘤病人等。
乌梅普洱茶
做法:乌梅6克、普洱茶3~6克,开水冲泡代茶饮。
功效:健脾和胃、生津消食、化痰止咳、涩肠止泻。尤宜于暑夏食欲不振、脘腹胀满、咽干口渴及久泻、痢疾等症。
